Inside Sales Agent / Internal Sales

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated full-time foreign trade or industrial clerk to start as soon as possible. The place of work can be 14059 Berlin or 16540 Hohen Neuendorf.

What you bring with you:

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have initial experience in internal sales, ideally in the industrial sector / B2B
  • Seriousness and empathy, you are our first point of contact for inquiries from customers and new customers
  • Interest in sales processes and technical understanding
  • Confident use of MS Office products
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • High degree of initiative, sense of responsibility, self-organization as well as communication and teamwork skills
  • motivated approach, resilience and reliability

These are your tasks:

  • Inquiry and quotation management: you receive inquiries from our global industrial and new customers and use them to independently prepare quotations
  • Communication: You work closely with our internal departments, such as sales, purchasing and technology
  • Data processing: you create sales reports and take care of master data maintenance in our modern ERP system
  • Individuality: Depending on professional experience, it is possible to take on more responsibility
  • Project work: depending on your commitment and skills, you can work on various overarching projects
